This somewhat luxurious course includes small dishes, assorted sashimi, chawanmushi, a seasonal delicacy, a five-item seasonal menu, juicy duck meat packed with flavor and fresh watercress, served in a broth made with fish and water, and finally a choice of udon, ramen, champon, or porridge to finish off the hot pot.
